You can contact us through our website, by mail or by phone, to find out which apartments are available and make an appointment.
You can then take a non-binding option valid for two working days for the apartment of your choice. Once you confirm this option, we can prepare a contract.
As soon as we have received the signed contract, the reservation will become final. The guarantee, equal to three months rent, has to be paid before you can start occupying the apartment.
At the beginning of each month, the amount of the rent and the flat-rate costs will be debited directly from your account by SEPA.
Good to know
* All our apartments have an equipped kitchen and bathroom, light fixtures and curtains. The maintenance of elevators and common parts is included in the rent.
* The fixed costs per apartment include heating, water, gas and electricity, as well as cable television and a high-speed internet connexion supplied by Telenet.
